Kimmy vs Craze

 These few days starting Sunday, drove and is driving me nuts! I'm really losing my mind! Here are some of the few pics I took..

Oh yeah, we're still having ROC practice until the very day itself..It helps with boredom but it can be tiring sometimes...........

Yup, like I said..Tiring..That's Kaevin..Too tired to even notice or feel that there's a raisin box on his head..LOL!

Of course, we have our full rehearsals on Sunday nights where everyone gather and the scenes are compiled..Those are not the only things compiled when some people (like me) have nothing better to do......

We do have our busy times but we never forget how important our friends are..

I think they're encouraging us to study more by adding humor in it..I dunno..

It does seem like it and I'm not sure whether it's weird or cool..You tell me..LOL!

So I'm guessing Mechanical Engineers should have Engineer jokes too?? *snickers*

Okay, so this week isn't over yet..After flipping through the casebook, I found that they missed a case involving a very close subject......My lecturer..for being a NUTCASE..

It's already week 4 of our 2nd trimester. We've submitted our short-notes to her 

(Yes, I know..I'm a law student, I'm suppose have no life but to read, write and talk facts..Then again, I'm not a zombie so go figure..) She rejected our 1st submission during tutorial, so we re-wrote it yada yada yada and submitted it to her..and she rejected it AGAIN! We were like WHAT?! 

Lecturer: "I can see by looking at your notes that you aren't giving enough information.."

All of us: *looks at each other*

Me: "But Madam, we've written it with reference to the online notes that you've given and the legal study texts and materials book. Short notes as to how we would write it for revision before an exam right?"

Lecturer: "The short notes that I want you to write must consist of both the online notes and the textbook with additional notes of your own"

Me: *thinking* Why on earth do you call it SHORT notes then? This isn't SHORT at all..

Lecturer: "At least 4 to 5 pages long..Class dismissed."

Me: *still thinking* 4 to 5?! So not SHORT, woman!!!

Friend: "That's SHORT to her?? Then....*pauses* What's her definition of long??"

Here are the results to the poor trees chopped down to form the paper I wrote my notes on and was cruelly rejected..

Kimmy vs The Big Splurge

Hello people..Today's post is a little bit different..It's a compilation of a few days..Haha..To make up for those days I haven't been blogging..So sorry for the delay but hey, something's better than nothing huh..*grins*

Busy busy busy but never failed to notice the simple things in life..haha!

Like this lil' Elmo here..It was hanging in Shawn's car. CUTE!

Not much going on during this time LOL..Let's move on.

I noticed this when I flipped it open to write notes in it. LOL! Must be from study week by the people in FES....HAHA! I wonder whose handwriting is this..

Okay..So on that day I missed the chance to go jogging in the morning with Asaph so we went in the evening..I was totally left behind coz I started jogging for the 1st time in a few months since I got here..Oh no!

I was walking the whole way after that and look......

The lil white dot in the pic beside the road........is Asaph..LOL!

The next day I've decided to take a break from all that sweating. I went to class as usual..

I decided to be extra hardworking and look at my notes..Hehe! *proud*

Class was normal and all..Yea..Not much actually..Oh yeah! it was a Wednesday and I've decided to get dinner from the pasar malam near my house..Look!!

Blue glutinous rice...I did not see that coming..It was yummy though.

Since everyone was into the "Health" thing so CF members decided to go hiking on the night of the 1st CF of the semester. It was hazy out, so we've decided to stay indoors just to be safe. This was what we played...

We played BOARD games! I played Monopoly! 

There were 5 of us playing this game.

I own houses and railroads and I'm still rich! Yeay me!

 I have interesting deeds too! In which their names I can cleverly change to suit my liking..hehe

TADAA~!!! From Marvin Gardens to Arvin Gardens...It's mine! *smirks* 

The next day, I just had to get myself a pair of sports shoes..Asaph, Edmund, Vincent and Rebekah accompanied me. Before that, we decided to have lunch first.....

They brought me to this Nasi Briyani stall which was packed full of people..and there's no wonder why.....It was delicious!

Later on, we went to Dataran Pahlawan Mall and dropped by Uncle Thomas's Starbucks..and I got myself this...

Then, we went to buy these~......

My new Reebok sports shoes!!

My initial plan was to get the shoes ONLY...Then, I had to come across such a cute lil darling~~~

To make matters worse..Eversince I threw away my Brazilian Forest designed Ipanemas, I was short on slippers...

That night we had CG (Care Group) so we went out for dinner...OMG...

I didn't pig out on that much though, I didn't quite have the appetite to...Haha! Good thing!

After dinner, we went to Kelvin's place in UG and did some brain activities...*smirks*

I completed mine!!! Haha!

When I came home, Vinvin was already online..We chatted and did our own work until this part came..

That was last night LOL..Events that happened today?? Haha! Jogging..Look! 

Jonathan, Aaron, Chris, Sam, Felicia and I went jogging..The only ones in the pic are everyone cept me coz I'm the one taking it and Sam..who..err..who was left "behind".

Actually he was jogging in front of us and he went too far till we couldn't see him and decided to take another route leaving him to his 'alone time' HAHA! *grins*

Oh yeah! We celebrated Jui Shan's birthday at Al-Rahmath..LOL!! Happy Birthday Jui~!!! Well, that was all  that happened the last few days..Vinvin's going back to Miri tomorrow due to an emergency which I am not allowed to expose. *Sigh* Wish I could go back too..

Kimmy vs The Heat

Hello..Oh my Gosh~!! My room feels like a sauna..I can't even air it to make it cooler..Gah! The heat is getting to my head too..You know, besides my family, boyfriend and friends around me, I really want some privacy. I don't want to know about other people's love and life problems, attaching it to a part of my life. It's a distraction for me.  Don't tell me unless I ask. I can and will help but not to the extent that I drive myself crazy trying to help you.

Okay..Let's clear the tension...........*breathes in and out* Fuuuhh~ Okay~..I couldn't blog yesterday coz I came back late. So, here are the pics I took..

Kimmy vs Weird Day

Hello~...Okaaaayy..So I admit being a little too angry yesterday at 'you-know-who'..Sorry for that. *sigh* Maybe it's because of my unfinished tutorial homework. Anyways, it's all done and I've submitted it just this afternoon.

Today, I have a whole lot of story to tell. My close friends, whose names I'm not allowed to divulge, met with an accident at around...2 a.m. this morning. Of course, I was just chatting with Vinvin as usual, until he told me he had to go coz there was an accident somewhere near his university. So, I thought, "Oh..okay..So he wants to go and have a look." 

I fell asleep with my laptop on. He came back at 5 a.m. Somehow or rather, I couldn't actually sleep knowing he's still not back yet, so I IM-ed him online. He replied and I asked. It was then he told me that our close friends were in an accident and the condition was erm...way beyond what he'd expected. Yeah..That's how it sounded like anyway. There was nothing more to discuss as we can't exactly tell exactly, the results of their condition. All we can do now is pray for their fast healing.

Class was like normal..Then we continued with practice..

Kimmy vs SNSD

Another pretty face on television is enough to make a guy fantasize. Fantasizing at some girl who underwent plastic surgery, who just lost the liberty of calling herself a NATURAL BEAUTY!

A world where airbrushing, make up and PLASTIC SURGERY is worshiped to bring perfection, while we normal people struggle to make ourselves look presentable..Some old girls (who can just about get married and have kids already!) prancing around in doll dresses and pretending to look cute..GROW UP ALREADY! Boys might not understand how they can hurt girls so easily, but can they at least look at it in our perspective. We've been trying our best to buy and wear different clothes, change our hairstyles, spend money beyond our means to look our best for them and all they do is take a glance and turn their heads back at some plastic girl half way around the world without considering how we felt after they've did that. 

Here's the part that I'm singing for my ROC musical..Maybe it does makes sense after all..

I've been trying so hard,

 but nothing works at all,

Is there something with the way I look?

Is there something wrong with me?

I guess I'm not good enough for him to know I'm here!'

Kimmy vs Pop Quiz

Today was a bit of a blur for me..At practice I was okay..I was sleepy no doubt LOL! I liked the vocal practice..It made my day..

Had class at 11 to 12..Thank goodness Angela was craving for the same thing.........              

IXORA CHICKEN RICE~!!! Yummeyh!~

We exercised the whole time after eating. We went to the Sigma computer lab. Unfortunately those old computers got on our nerves and we decided to use the new ones in the ACR building. Guess what??? We had to climb 8 flights of stairs to get to them. I think the chicken rice I ate earlier had been disintegrated in my stomach from all the cals I burnt.

We were so bored waiting for the lecturer....We cam-whored in class..You can see from my eyes, I'm lack of ZzZzZ...HAHA!!

Oh! Oh! It gets interesting at this part....We had.......................................................*drum roll*

POP QUIZ!!!!

 Haha..I managed to answer my question so.....No biggy! Yeay!

Anyways...This was what the class looked like when the lecturer dismissed the ones who've managed to answer their quizzes.....I was waiting for Shawn and Celine so I snapped a quicky pic..

For a blurry and hectic day, it was amusing..Haha! Kimmy vs Intensive Week

 My class was at 2pm today and I thought I could sleep in..LOL!! I've forgotten all about Intensive Week ROC practice..At 8.30, Hui Lee knocked on my door and reminded me. So I got up, washed, bathed and we got to campus on time. Haha!

We all gathered in the Aeroarts room..Here are some random spur of the moment pics..Since it's just light practice and it doesn't give any clues regarding the musical, here goes..
